Brief Job Description:1-To developing and implementing Talent Acquisition interventions for whole organization.2-To develop partnering relationships with HOD’s to understand current and future needs to enable effective planning and pipeline building.3-To manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process.4-To maintain accurate and fully compliant documentation on all candidates search and selection processes.5-To assist in developing and delivering the OD action plans regarding policy development and trainings.6-Conducted office / on campus recruitment .Participated in Career fairs.7-To help in developing Employee motivation programs.8-Design the yearly training plans for the employees.9-To conduct the orientation process and ensure its through implementation at all the properties as per the agreed guidelines.10-To contribute in revising and updating the changes in the policies.11-Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.12-To assist in conduct exit interviews of out-going employees to decrease turnover ratio.Training & Development:I am responsible to prepare, and execute overall training process for whole organization.
