Haroon is currently the Founder / CEO of Starwall, a B2B SaaS product that helps knowledge workers become more productive by using GenAI to upskill, re-skill, practice simulations, get personalized recommendations on their goals (OKRs) and performance, get recognition for their achievements, and amplify their voice through engagement surveys and pulse polls. Prior to this, Haroon held various leadership positions in Telenor Group’s Asian companies, namely Chief Business Officer in Telenor Pakistan, Chief HR Officer in Digi (Malaysia), Senior Vice President of People Development at Telenor Asia (Thailand), Chief People Officer in Grameenphone (Bangladesh), and Chief People Officer in DTAC (Thailand). Haroon is a graduate of McGill University in Canada.
