- On site reviews of the CIBG and CBSME loans on post fact basis and prepare loan review reports.- Pledge sites visits on monthly basis or as and when required.- Assessment of quality of credit presentation, credit lines structuring, exposure assessment, approval process and on-going monitoring/administration of the borrower. - Reassessment of internal risk ratings of borrowers to help ascertain the credit risk associated with the borrower.- Identification of high risk borrowers through early warning signals of a deteriorating relationship suggesting timely corrective action for effective/close monitoring by the credit hub/relationship managers.- Detail financial analysis, calculation of all important ratios, comparisons of financial trends over the last three years coupled with an analysis of business cash flows of the borrower.- Evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of risk management processes within the bank.- Review of the degree of compliance with all State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) prudential regulations.- Assessment of the status of security documentation, legal aspects covering the bank’s exposure which includes IB forms, charges and mortgages etc.- Review the quality of MIS data & all other reports elevated to higher management from time to time, with specific focus on reports sent to SBP for credit information bureau.- Review of the high risk/classified loans portfolio of the bank.
