• Responsible for theconfigure, manage and upgrade NMS for monitor and maximize uptime of ConnecTel and our corporate customer network.• Management of Trouble ticketing tool (Open source CRM) as per management instruction.• Ensure the achievement of SLO and decide priority for SLA.• Responsible to provide Level 1, Level 2 Support and provide essential Level 3 Support.• Handle corporate customer’s issues and support them for their new and existing businesses.• Responsible for managing and troubleshooting internet link connectivity of our corporate customers and interconnectivity with different vendors like Link Dot Net (Mobilink), CyberNet, Wateen Telecom, MultiNet, Gerry’s and Vision East issues.• Ensure KPI’s for wireless media and fiber media conversion and link uptime.• Management and optimize of wireless equipment’s.• Cisco Switch 2950/3550 administrations.• Configuring and deployment of MikroTik RouterBoard for example, PPPoE, PPTP(VPN), Transparent Proxy, Bandwidth Manager, IPsec, DHCP, Auto Failover, Load Balancing, EoIP, etc…• Ensuring Service Assurance 24x7 availability, Having Good Troubleshooting skills, providing technical and functional support to Helpdesk and Corporate customer.
