My primary responsibilities encompass Financial Reporting & Consolidation, where I lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements across multiple business units. This includes comprehensive analysis to provide stakeholders with insights into financial performance, facilitating informed decision-making.In Budgeting & Forecasting, I spearhead the budgeting process, working collaboratively with various departments to develop realistic revenue and expense forecasts. I monitor variances and adjust strategies accordingly to align with organizational goals, ensuring that financial objectives are met.Strategic Financial Planning is another essential aspect of my role. I collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies that support the organization's growth initiatives. I also focus on Cash Flow & Working Capital Management. By closely monitoring cash flow across the organization, I ensure that we maintain sufficient liquidity and optimize the use of working capital. This includes managing accounts receivable and payable to enhance our financial position and operational efficiency.Through effective Cost Control & Profitability Enhancement initiatives, I identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, delivering financial insights that drive profitability across the organization.
