Month end reporting & controllership which involves the production of financial, group and regulatory reporting statistics and related IFRS management information.➢ Responsible for regulatory reporting internal risk reporting and other disclosure pertaining to Risk Weighted Assets of the bank under BASEL III norms.➢ Performing trade level RWA reconciliation between previous month and current month to updated management for significant changes in RWA.➢ Reconciliation of financial product and legal entity between financial data and Risk data➢ Analysis of RWA.➢ Co-operation with Global Banking Services (GBS) and Credit Risk Management (CRM) to resolve data related issues and questions and perform Liquidity Ordinance report (Principle II)➢ Exposure to work in front end replica system like HOST, Sub ledger systems, SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) environment➢ Experience in Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis/Period-end close/Business Consolidation and report development.➢ Experience of working with financial data and knowledge of financial reporting tools.➢ Management Review Process to substantiate the authenticity of reported data and source.➢ Assist in preparing the CAT 1 report (Monthly Balance Sheet Statement)➢ Process improvements and automation & identifying gaps and improving controls with effective business reporting➢ Managing the small team for different regions like MENA, France, Netherlands, Luxemburg (EMEA), Germany
