CurrentAs a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), I am customer obsessed and by using industry knowledge and business skills, I strive to proactively understand customer needs, technology barriers, and business challenges. I consult and strategize with business owners and decision-makers to align architectural and vertical expertise to drive commitments that enhance customer value and business-outcome. As CSS, my mission is to help my customers move to the next phase of the technology experience lifecycle and to enahnce the utilization of Cisco’s products by maintaining an end-to-end lens. I partner closely with Accounts Teams, Sales Specialists, Delivery Teams, Certified Partners, Business Development teams, etc. to provide the best-possible experience for the customer via the delivery of knowledge and advisory sessions with a goal to advance customers through critical steps in the technology adoption process.
