Current•Lead operational and technical workshops with clients to understand their business and technology needs. •Manage and oversee team of professionals, including mentoring team members, and managing conflict resolution to ensure a unified collaborative team. •Manage and provide direction to internal technical members to ensure deadlines for deployments tasks are met and project roadblocks are resolved to minimize project delays.•Establish priorities for development and deployment tasks based on business requirements.•Allocate tasks to team members and monitor progress through completion. •Oversee training of new hires and professional development of team members to ensure they possess the skills to carry-out their job functions•Lead discovery sessions with the client’s technical teams to understand the client architecture and make strategic recommendations, including coordinating with the team to obtain completed information to design solutions. •Provide strategic guidance and direction to development and deployment teams to develop a suitable Project Design that meets the clients’ needs. •Oversee the development of the design plan for Afiniti’s integration within client’s environment.•Identify all deployment tasks, assign ownership and monitor task completion by team members based on timelines established in the project plan. •Collaborate with all the production teams to ensure that all the teams are on-board before project go-live and there aren’t any missing links •Make recommendations to resolve project roadblocks and escalate significant issues to more senior management for quick resolution. •Manage interactions with development teams to review production issues, ensuring prioritization based on the impact on the project’s revenue stream and urgency.
