As Brokerage programs supervisor will assume responsibility for Managing Batch processing team and extracting various Databases and automation for Brokerage Operations in Canada. My position will also monitor automation effectiveness of Brokerage Systems, and perform other duties as deemed necessary by the business. as programs supervisor will be required to interact with another department like Finance for Inventory related subjects, Shared Services (SSC) management, DHL Customs Brokerage, Candata system support.

Manages a team of e-com support and also assigns daily tasks to the team and monitors their performance. Provides appropriate software solutions to each customer depending on volume of shipments.Installs PC desktops, customized software installations at customer sites and provides complete user training.Provides routine trainings for DHL Customers on eCommerce applications such as DHL Easy Ship, DHL Connect, Import Express online & DHL Web shipping etc.Ensures that all eCom applications and systems are working all the time and prompt arrangements are made for replacement when breakdowns occur.Ensures that all the support calls received from external customers are logged on Comet and attended promptly.Prepares and assists evaluation of proposals for new as well as replacement of Hardware/software, and also implements it appropriately.Ensures that the customer sites can electronically upload shipping data via communication protocols into the DHL Customer server. - Follows the corrective and preventive actions when raised.- Implements projects for the DHL customers according to their requirements.- Prepares monthly eCom reports for local management and Global eCom team.- Maintains eCom Application’s back-end services on DHL Servers.- Cares for customer satisfaction in a relationship which may require face-to-face interaction under Problematic circumstances.- Participates in Regional and Global UAT for new software’s which includes it’s testing and provides the live Updates to support
