• Coordination and liaison with the donor (UNICEF) to develop and execute, and Planning and supervision of the resource to ensure the quality of work• Preparation of quarterly activity budget and coordination with UNICEF on FACE and ICE based on UNICEF HACT guidelines.• Settlement of expenditures on a quarterly basis as per actuals on the FACE form with UNICEF.• Conduct surprise audit assignments with the team.• Preparation of audit draft for onward discussion with the office head and sharing of the same with the Unicef office to process accordingly• Budget reconciliation with the bank at the end of every month.• Initiate the process of purchasing office articles/printing material and contracting with hotels/caterers. Collect quotations from potential vendors, prepare comparatives, get approval from the competent authority and issue work orders, conduct pre- and post-inspection of articles before payment, and finally process the vendor's invoice as per government rules and regulations, take proper acknowledgment of the vendor's check, and record all documents in the proper file.• Preparation of Itemized Cost Estimates for each activity aligned with budget allocations defined in the work plan.
