Key Responsibilities:  Responsible for analyzing the quality issues in NAFTA2.4L TS Engine and 9 Speed Automatic Transmission Handling customer complaint and providing feedback to customer for betterment of product. Participation in daily structured meeting to resolve the customer quality issues. Preparing 8D, why why analysis, FAR report for customer complaint Guiding the team for rework of NAFTA engines and transmission with standard rework procedure. Support regular meetings with representatives from appropriate region to establish an action plan for improving build quality to reduce customer complaints.  Raising nonconformance ticket for quality issues in product through NAFTA NCT system. Responsible for quarantine the nonconformance engines and transmission and rework the same for major quality defects. Skilled in using CDA (Chrysler diagnostic application) to find out the trouble code in vehicle and analyze the vehicle. Interaction on daily basis with customers on quality related issues in product. Supporting the team with part number to procure NAFTA engines and transmission part for repair activity. Carry out hands-on inspection and diagnostics of components and review against the specification to understand short falls Undertake special projects as required Responsible of financial recovery for NAFTA nonconformance part. Maintaining customer complaint data and coordinating the same with NAFTA team on weekly basis for further improvement in build quality.

Key Responsibilities:  Investigating engines which are under warranty claims received by the dealers. Investigating material received under warranty Root cause analysis of warranty parts/engine and coordinating with SQP for implementation and corrective action. Coordinating with suppliers for corrective action/DRS of warranty failures. Analyzing the month wise warranty data and handling projects to reduce the warranty failure and cost. Issuing payment of authorize dealer after accepting their warranty claims by system. Communication of daily non-conformances to concerned through Daily quality news for appropriate actions.  Preparing 8D, why why analysis, FAR report for warranty complaint Provide support to the framework for the warranty returns, customer concerns and the company problem solving/root cause analysis system.  Conduct detailed analysis of warranty return parts, claims and costs to determine corrective and preventative actions to support both the Customer, Production and Supplier. Communicate fault and liability information to the relevant internal management in order to obtain robust interim and permanent corrective actions aimed at warranty prevention and cost reduction.  Contribute to ensuring lessons learned from warranty analysis are communicated to management to be captured on new projects. Support regular meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving build quality to reduce warranty claims. Ensure all products flow through the warranty department in a timely manner  Maintain the calibration system, ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated  Produce management feedback on performance in areas of responsibility  Contribute to continuous improvement activities  Support and participate in process improvement activities Provide technical support to all internal departments to maintain and improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:  First off, in process & final inspection of excavator’s rollers. Process parameter monitoring maintenance.  Conducting Why Why & Root Cause Analysis for process rejections. Monitoring machining inspection & approval (first piece inspection) Implementing Kaizen & Modification Work & 5S Activity for ensuring adherence to statutory envoirment & safety regulations. Leading a multi-skilled workforce, handling shift planning and allocating task amongst them; providing guidance & training to them in day-to-day work to increase their skills & efficiency.
