• Prepare a projects brief / Project Management schedule as per the client and project requirements.• To organise, planning, prioritizing work and developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organise and accomplish the task.• Prepare projects documents including budget analysis, calculations, plans, specifications cost estimates and schedules.• To Assist, review and evaluate the drawings and proposals submitted by the contractors and sub-contractors • To obtain necessary permits that will enable construction of a project to begin.• Oversee and manage pre/post Interior fit out contract by closely working with the consultants, fit out contractors etc.• Execute projects according to plan and budget as per HSE requirements to minimise the risk.• Leading a team of technical staff and external consultants.• Review and evaluate work plan documents, drawings and approve deliverables at each work stage.• Set project schedules for the end to end project management.Keep up to date about the knowledge of different materials, suppliers, fit out companies etc.• Writing up project reports and submit to the Senior management.• To identify the specific needs of clients and providing them with design proposals.• Researching the market and identifying new opportunities.• Working independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. • Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs. • Organizing, planning, prioritizing work, and delegating responsibilities: developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the task.• Prepare projects documents including project justifications, budget analyses, calculations, plans, specifications cost estimates and schedules for the assigned projects.• Determine scope of work, prepares requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, and participates in the selection of consultants for projects.

• To support the delivery of the Design Review and LOD product.• To review design development process and the scope of work provided by the clients.• To manage, mentor and develop junior FF&E designers and work closely with wider interior design department to ensure each project is delivered as per requirement.• To ensure that the furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) requirements on all projects are sourced, ordered and delivered on time, on budget and to brief.• To follow up the drawing submission approval process. • To monitor project documentation including, but not limited to, the shell building Construction Documents, Tenant Design Criteria, Technical Design Criteria, Contractor Rules & Regulations and Tenants lease work information etc.• Create LOD’s with minimum guidance and ensures accuracy of all information included in the drawings.• Review shell and core drawings with a keen eye for understanding various design scenarios and details based on unit locations and type within the project• Demonstrates attention to detail during design review; providing consistency to the stakeholders.• Utilizes time to fully understand architectural submissions in order to review them against the set criteria• Ensures that the Design Criteria of the development are upheld throughout the review process unless instructed by the Design Manager• Coordinates drawings with the Tenant, Leasing, Legal and Marketing & Project Teams when required• Completes on-site inspections of design to ensure as built reflects the approved design, produces snag reports when required• To Communicate positively with project teams, maintaining team work and a collaborative approach to the design review process• To Attend regular team update meetings as requested by the Design Manager to ensure full coordination requirements for all projects• To Complete all Design Review process documentation including drawing checklists and comments sheets in detail and submits them accordingly
