As part of the academic program, a four month internship session was mandatory for all participants. The strongest candidates were allocated front office positions in some of the most popular and therefore demanding hotels in Kuala Lumpur. With Dorsett Hotel ideally situated in the heart of the city, it was designated as my internship venue where I performed the following duties in their front office department.
