- Contributing the design of Internal Audit procedures on a continuous basis following a risk- based approach- Developing and facilitating the automation of Internal Audit tools to increase efficiency and improve workflows- Providing ongoing guidance and advice to business on implementation of audit recommendations through continuous follow-up- Advice team members on specific audit engagements and targeted reporting for senior management - Support the Head of Internal Audit with the development, implementation and maintenance of an Internal Control System and related testing procedures for a dedicated continuous auditing of key business processes and controls- Conduct audits and establish audit reports/result overviews on the outcome of continuous auditing routines - Conduct operational audits on HQ and station level- Support in conducting regular audits on ITGCs, application controls of key IT systems- Support the Head of Internal Audit with continuous development of Enterprise Risk Management / Internal Control System - Conduct action item follow up reporting to senior management- Departmental progress reporting to the Audit Committee members (during absence Departmental Head approx. 1 1/2 years)- Involvement on special engagements requested by senior management (e.g. Business Process Re-engineering core team member, Team member CoE - Center of Excellence)

- plan, implement and customize an IT solution as per the ERM methodology & framework- identify, map risks and controls of key processes by conducting interviews- Providing departmental assistance and trainings on audit management solution- Developing and facilitating the automation of Internal Audit tools to increase efficiency and improve workflows
