 Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Logistics Operation Coordinate with the donors (ICRC, IFRC, PNS etc) for provision of the emergency requirements of Food and Non Food Items to affected areas during relief operations. Coordinate with Movement Partners, PNSs, (collection of shipping documents, airway bills, Performa invoices, inventory list, gift certificates Maintain close liaison with the customs agencies for efficient clearance of donor's provided assistance. Inspection of newly purchased items as per approved sample. Keep record of all in kind donations and relief goods being procured locally Preparing/Maintenance of transport agreement with the Transporter after publishing the proper tender in News Papers. Process invoices of transporters to finance department for payments after systematically vetting. To maintain PRC Vehicle running account as per PRC SOPs and its maintenance. Prepared monthly the fuel consumption report to Management for payment. Administration of logistic staffs i.e. their presence, job interest, Annual Assessment Reports and attitude towards the service of PRC. To ensure cleanliness of Warehouse area and permit authorized access only Inspection visit of Provincial, Branch and DM warehouses Preparation of a computerization plan for maintaining an Automated Logistics management system which will network all logistics warehouses throughout the country for real time information.

• Ensure the efficient receipt and dispatch of all goods from/to the warehouse(s), supervising the loading/unloading operations and the packing of medicines/supplies for dispatch as required.• Ensures all incoming and outgoing supplies are inspected prior to receipt/dispatch.• Ensure that all records are properly maintained for goods received and dispatched, maintains accurate up-to-date inventory of the warehouse(s) in KPK including regular physical inventory and to produce regular stock reports.• Ensure that all storage guidelines as well as standard operating procedure provided by the organization are followed• Assess the availability of space in the warehouse(s) to ensure that all goods in the warehouse(s) are properly stacked/stored in compliance with the organization’s procedures• Organize and coordinate the transportation of deliveries per the organization’s procedures• Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety requirements per the organization’s policy, bringing any issue affecting the safety and security of staff and the warehouse(s) to the immediate attention of the supervisors for remedial action• Provide periodic inventory management reports to the first level supervisor• Respond to queries regarding status of goods in the warehouse(s) and deliveries.

• Report on the quality, quantity of the received commodities and ensure that quantities dispatched as per consignors documents match with quantities received and endorse documents• Implementing proper handling methods for food items, supervision at the time of loading & offloading, commodity protection etc Repacking of cartons to avoid its losses.• Report about the shelf life of commodities: Proper record for near to expiry food (checking its expiry date or BBUD on cartons and reporting thereon) and follow FIFO at the time of dispatches.• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.• Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.• Verify vehicle information security assigned, update stack, Stock cards as well as ledger book daily, segregate all damaged food arrived for immediate reconditioning.• Ensure commodities received are properly stacked, with updated stack card and relevant documentation, conduct weekly and Monthly commodity inventory, coordinate with COMPAS section for any irregularities and keep signed copy in file for auditors and for the office record.• Deliver goods on request against official and approved documentation as well as on Cooperating partner requisition• Perform continuous warehouse inspection on WFP standard inspection formats and submit to relevant authorities, follow all WFP SOPs in all warehouse and official matters.• Liaise with field monitors and others on matters pertaining to logistics• Conducted daily, weekly and monthly warehouse inspections and take corrective actions• Perform inspections of EDP, train EDP staff on WFP SOPs and WFP standards.
