1) Oversee all aspects of guest check-in and check-out, including accurate reservation management, billing, and payments, while delivering a warm and professional welcome.2) Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.3) Facilitate communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure all guest requests are met promptly and room statuses are updated in real-time.4) Manage financial transactions meticulously, including deposits, payments, and adjustments within the hotel’s property management system.5) Uphold hotel policies and procedures, maintain guest confidentiality, and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and security regulations.6) Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating sound judgment and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure guest satisfaction.

1) Provide a welcoming atmosphere, promptly address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure a seamless dining experience to drive customer satisfaction.2) Accurately handle customer orders, manage transactions, and ensure timely service, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.3) Ensure compliance with food safety and hygieneregulations by maintaining cleanliness in both diningand kitchen areas.4) Supervise staff, ensuring operational excellence,providing training, and fostering a positive andproductive work environment.5) Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock management to support seamless business operations.

1) Warmy welcoming the guests and allocating room to them. 2) Registration of bookings sent by different booking agencies and by phone and email. 3) Receiving all the payments due to pay such as bills of bar, restaurant, transport and swimming pool.4) Providing information about the hotel and all other facilities provided by the hotel. 5) Providing information on local tourist attractions, booking tours for the guests if asked by them.6) Coordinating with various departments and individuals working within the hotel such as room service, cleaning, bar and restaurant, maintenance etc.7) Managing front-office and back-office operations. - Taking Immediate action upon the complaints of guests about any disorder.8) Good knowledge of PMS Direct Holiday software.
