Designed / executed and worked for successful completion of several Residential and Commercial projects in Dubai, Oman and India, having strong experience in projects and products. Had the opportunity to work with premium clients such as Hermes, Reliance and Birla. Focused more on the design aspect and creating shop drawings for interior and product design. Key roles included- Undertake design project from concept to completion- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”- Interpret and translate clients needs into rough plans- Work closely with vendors for materials, products sourcing, samples, and mood board preparation- Supervise work progress while keeping the client up-to-date with project progress and status- Developed and executed online and social media marketing strategies.

Hired as a project architect primarily working on renovation projects. Key roles included- Prepare necessary shop drawings for site- Undertake overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specification and contract requirements and when necessary address deficiencies associated with the same.- Report on a daily basis all activities occurred on site.- Gives clear, concise and understandable instructions to Labors to avoid abortive works and errors.- Follow up with Staff to ensure compliance with requirements.

Was Hired as a Project Architect for an upcoming Educational Institution in Trivandrum, India.

- Understanding clients' needs, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.- Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project.- Sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration.- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design. (CAD), 3D max, Revit, and Rhino softwares.

Worked along architects in a commercial workplace environment as an architectural intern. Developed spacing concepts and digital models for a Hotel in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Created digital models and presentations for large custom homes in Sharjah.

Participated in all phases of the design and construction processes on projects of wide - ranging scale , producing drawings and layouts and assisting with clients. Created digital models , renderings and video animations.
