My journey began when I purchased I purchased parcel of unregistered land in a growth corridor of Melbourne, Cranbourne (40km south east of Melbourne), I had very limited knowledge of property. My parents were always “renters” & never owned a house. I had a mentor who I looked up to, he educated me how to invest & become a landlord. On my 19th Birthday I contracted a builder to build my very first home. I was working for a property marketing group and helped over 25 clients that year beat the rent trap and also purchase their first block of land and build their investment. Using the simple concept, "If I can do it, then so can you". I was a landlord already at 19. I wanted to do it again, so by my 20th, I went onto purchasing my next block of land in Craigieburn, another growth corridor 24km north of Melbourne. By diversifying my investment and doing extensive research I made a great investment, and by the age of 21 I had contracted and built 3 homes, (One being my sisters property who I also helped purchase).Here is where my passion for property & helping people purchase was born. My career has seen me work at 22 years of age with Australia's Largest Volume Home builder - Metricon, I managed their display homes in Melbourne's North and Western Suburbs. I have been working in Project Marketing for Land Developers since, working with Oliver Hume & Red23. My time in both companies have helped me grow to where I am today. I am extremely passionate, motivated and a self-driven person. I have great communication skills and I come with a wealth of knowledge, young, vibrant, very presentable, confident and extremely driven to be successful in the property development industry.Red23 posted me in Queensland working with Intrapac Projects. I launched two projects for them in 2016 & 2017 (Allerton Park, 104 lots in Park Ridge & Harvest Rise 445 lots in Greenbank). My time at Red23 introduced me to a whole new world in Brisbane & Queensland. Since 2018, I started Belluccio Property Group, we have a team dedicated to helping our developers achieve great results in their developments. BPG is a boutique project marketing firm & we treat each development like as if its was our own.
