• Supervision of assembly and disassembly of compressor and turbines blades:- Supervision of preparation for assessment.- Insure application of procedures.• Reading drawings and make sure that disassembly and reinstallation are done in accordance with drawings and references.• Managing a team of five technicians, • Insure customer satisfaction by quality and efficiency.

• Supervising and coordination of maintenance activity for 4 workshops of car maintenance of cars for the central region by :- Analyzing of monthly reports of maintenance and management indicators. - Doing detailed reports about malfunctions and possible solutions proposed. - Processing of clams.- Establishing conventions.- Meetings with customers.- Preparation and supervising of global spare parts purchases. - Advising and diagnostic on site. - Insure supervising of suppliers- Establish specifications for pre-qualification of suppliers and subcontractors and purchasing operations.- -Insure that standards and internal procedures are applied. - Preparing technical specifications for big purchases (cars, equipments, tools …). - Follow up the work done by subcontractors and suppliers.• Supervising the maintenance and functioning of distribution station (LPG / CNG) CNG fuel: Project for carburetion vehicles with natural gas:- Preventive and curative maintenance (renewal) of the compressor.- Monitoring of Projects and Application of Standards. - Presentation of the product technologie through several organisationsOther duties : - Member of the inventory commission, - President of the commission of the fold opening and deals allocation,- Member of the reform commission,- Reporter of the Disciplinary Commission.- Manager of analyses and inspection section: occasionally.- Assistant for society internal security. - Member of EHS commission, department - Member of resorts commission. - Member of recruitment commission - Participation on the renewable energy meeting of the University l’Eghouate.

• Insure continuity of production for tow production room by :- Managing 25 workers,- Order row materials, - Establishing daily production reports.- Insure respect of standards.
