In my role as a Talent and Learning leader I'm responsible for developing and executing the HR Strategy, aligning HR with Group HR initiatives and other general HR tasks such as recruitment, performance management, learning etc. I have great experience in leveraging data and analytics in HR to support decision making.I have experience in establishing and developing HR operations, services and processes. I have redesigned most of the main HR procedures such as on-boarding, off-boarding, employee development, diversity and inclusion, compensation and well-being.I have good knowledge in Performance Management and Coaching and recently implemented a new PM system in Deloitte Iceland. I have also a very good experience and knowledge in marketing, operation and business management. In my former role in Deloitte I was responsible for planning, operation and cost control of Clients & Industries in Deloitte Iceland. I have an extensive experience in project management, organizing and controlling projects as well as managing and participating in strategy work. In my former roles I have among other things been the editor of Annual reports, been the PR manager, investor relationship manager, event manager and taken care of producing various marketing material.
