This role has been an opportunity to enhance my technical skills, and gain practical experiences that aim to mirror industry standards. I am currently working on the Astrophysical Simulation project (see projects subheading).Key learnings:- Improved ability to read, understand, and iterate on other peoples code.- An understanding of Git through persistent use in all projects.- Improved teamwork skills resulting from biweekly team meetings, and fortnightly general meetings.

- Supported 20,000 endpoints with a focus on customer availability.- Managed large queue of high priority incidents- Developed PowerShell script to declutter lagging POS checkouts, reducing resolution time by up to 96%.- Developed several PowerShell scripts to analyse log files, investigating impact of changes or problems across the fleet.

- Planned and ran events with over 100 participants.- Addressed and supported resident issues, including mental health concerns and conflicts.- Served as a role model and mentor to 196 residents, as well as managing a stairway of 26 residents.- Contributed to winning the 2024 ‘Hall of the Year’ award.- Managed hall and pushed engagement initiatives aiding our win in the 2024 ‘College Clash’ competition, which earned the hall prize money worth ~20% of our yearly budget.
