I am a professional coach that supports leaders and teams as they encounter new challenges of working. We are in a time of unprecedented, paradigm-shifting change, and that change is impacting at all levels of organizations from executives to delivery teams. As I work with clients, I see challenges this brings.My passion is partnering with individuals and teams as they grow to meet new challenges in the public, private and non-profit sectors, enabling them to succeed in this new paradigm. I do this by bringing alignment to both the people side of organizations (culture, leadership, teamwork) and business side of organizations (strategy, process improvement, agile and lean delivery frameworks). I also partner with Team Catapult to coach leaders and teams and train other coaches, and with CRRGlobal where I support individuals in ORSC certification.I pull on my extensive experience in leadership, project management and consulting. I am an ICF PCC Level professional coach. This combination allows me to partner with clients to increase their organizational effectiveness.
