Maintain offline and online issuing certification authorities, design and publish certificate templates, design workflows for automation of issuance of certificates, work with third party vendors for issuance of globally trusted SSL certificates.

Integral part of a team responsible for providing end-of-line support on 600+ servers distributed over more than 30 locations in North America for more than 100 clients, ranging from medium-sized independent companies to multiple Fortune 500 clients.-Perform break-fix work on an as-needed basis, driving problems from realization to resolution, through to post-mortem review and capture of preventative measures.-Day-to-day regular maintenance of all server systems, including daily health checks, proactive monitoring, and problem prevention.-Regularly schedule changes to systems, including driver upgrades, firmware, and applications, as well as operating system and hardware.-Install and/or configure Windows based applications, including Internet Information Services (IIS), Exchange Server, SQL Server, SMS Server, Index Server, Hummingbird Exceed, and various others.
