 End to end Customer Delivery of the Optus SMB products and services suite.  Quality assurance of all SMB Voice and Data orders, including serviceability, technical prerequisites, factoring business rules, IP requests and design of delivery method for the specific service including XYZED MEGALINK FIBRE Porting co-ordination - the timely and efficient delivery of the cutover process within expected timeframes Manage professional relationship between third party vendors and customers to ensure minimal impact to the business of all SMB customers during the porting of service from third party vendors to Optus Proactively manage the relationship between customer and Optus to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and continued revenue turn on for Optus Provide an excellent Customer Experience; professional communication and delivery of all complex orders to Optus in a timely manner, meeting all contractual deadlines to switch on customer’s services and Optus revenue Maintaining professional relationships with customers, service delivery engineers, sales and management, ensuring up to date knowledge of sensitive site specific information Communicating all essential steps in the transition of a customer to Optus to the sales staff and customer.  Focus is in the areas of complex voice and data services including Multiline, Directline and Evolve Working closely with multiple areas of the business that affect SLA performance - including Networks, Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Intercarrier, LNP Delivery of Moves, Adds, Terminations and Changes to the customers’ network to meet customer expectations and contracted obligations Escalation ownership - resolution of all escalations and complaints to customer’s satisfaction, which includes reporting of outcomes and root cause analysis  Manage disputes related to the delivery of Optus equipment relevant to the customer’s order whilst in design stage
