As a social platform it provides the user an ability to create social connections and causes, and as a financial platform, it provides the consumer ability to shop with their linked Visa® cards or the PayForward debit card at participating merchants and receive instant cash back. It also provides the ability to transfer instant cash earned to your bank account or to share with automatic cause allocations and to transfer money between connections.Contributions:• In day to day activities, I was wearing multiple hats including an architect, technology manager, Project manager, Sr. developer, and delivery manager.• As an in-charge of two major aspects of Pay Forward platform 1) Merchant Portal and 2) Member Services. I also worked closely with other developers to integrate FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) with PayForward platform and implementing PayForward social site.• Part of my deployment responsibilities I managed the resource to perform DevOps and worked closely with other engineers to deploy applications into a cloud (AWS).• I created technology roadmap for merchant portal/ member services and establish regular cadence with upper management on technology development progress and to keep an eye on market activities.

"Oversight" was an accounting application that pulls in necessary data from different sources in order to process Troubled Debt Restructuring (TDR) determinations and Net Credit Loss (NCL) calculations. It was a key financial application for booking losses to the general ledger.
