As a life insurance advisor I helped clients protect their loved ones financially by presenting them with personalized insurance options and guiding them through their choices. This role involves maintaining strong customer engagement, often over long phone calls, to build trust and provide detailed information. The role required a level of patience and resilience when speaking to customers and during slow periods of the day. I adhered closely to legal and compliance procedures to ensure accurate advice and protect both the company and clients. Additionally, I ran mindset sessions for newer peers, supporting their growth and helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in the field.

Direct sales on behalf of non profit organisations. Involved stopping and interacting with people on the street and signing them up via DD for charities. The first part of the day was office based where I'd join a leader's meeting and run meetings myself for colleagues and team members. The rest of the day was on the field making sales.

Stylist for the Dyson hair counter in Selfridges. My role was to interact and engage with customers to spark their interest in the Dyson hair care range. I was giving in depth demonstrations how to use the appliances so they feel confident in using them independently. Additionally, processing sales, managing stockroom and working within a team to ensure maximum efficiency during busy periods.
