Managing, Planning, Operation & Amp; maintenance of 4G Core Tx network based on DWDM / OTN equipments (ALU PSS-32 / PSS-4, Ciena-6500/5430), POI network based on Tejas SDH equipments.* Responsible for core/POI Transport bandwidth and network optimization based on requirements.* Responsible for 100% transport network availability for 4G network .* Responsible for Nodal and Link ATP of all DWDM/OTN/SDH equipments.* Responsible for Network ATP and HOTO to NOC for newly commissioned transport links or migrated links.* Responsible for identification of all the punch points at Tx equipments and resolve them with the help of concernedproject teams.* Responsible for resolution of all the faults within SLA, and provide RCA to NOC team.* Responsible for closing work orders under Order Management System/Granite.* Interaction with equipment vendors for equipment deployment.* Responsible for visibility of all the TX/IP Network Elements in NMS.* Support for Inter connectivity between Tx (DWDM/OTN) and IP equipment* Support for integration of AG3/AG2/AG1/CSS routers via fiber or Transmission circuit.* Support for resolution of Tx domain faults with help of field/NOC teams.

Operation, Maintenance, Commissioning and Integration of SDH Equipments like NORTEL TN-1C,TN-4XE,TN-16XE, OME-6110, OME-6130,OME-6500 series at various BTS sites and MCN Locations.* Provisioning of Transmission circuits (E1s & STM1) in a ring deploying SNCP for Connectivity of New BTS, Rehoming ofBTS, Leased Lines and Testing of end to end Transmission circuits in Nortel Preside & EC-1 controller.* Efficiently maintaining 4 Hrs. of MTTR for all faults and collaborating with CDMA/GSM teams for E1 related fault.* Co-ordinating with Network Planning team for execution of Plan Event, RPRs and capacity constraint issue.* Provisioning and extending E1s for CDMA, GSM & HSD project.* Ensure Remote Visibility of the NEs in NMS & EMS.* Responsible for augmentation of POI E1s with other operators like MTNL, BSNL, AIRTEL, AIRCEL,TATA,VODAFONE,IDEA etc for increasing the bandwidth.* Planning, Installation & Commissioning, Nodal Testing and O&M of Transmission Equipments at MCN, BTS and POIsites. Like Nortel- TN-1C ,TN-4XE,TN-16XE, OME-N6500, N9500, N6130, N6110.* Conducting Root Cause Analysis and Trouble shooting of Transmission Network Fault.* Circuit Rerouting for Resiliency: Diversifying the paths and re-routing the E1s to ensure protection against Multiple FiberCuts for critical network elements.* Performing Acceptance testing and Quality audit of SDH systems.* Worked on NEC Microwave equipments- Pasolink V4, NEOi, IP-Radio and carried out the related O&M activities.* Providing support to OSP group to locate the Network Fault on Optical fiber.
