Prepared DDR, Casing and cement report, Bit record, BHA summary, Casing tally, well handover document, Actual well cost track report, Lessons learned, daily look ahead report etc. Maintain a record of NPT and keep track of invisible lost time and compare against the well’s time planned estimate and AFE. Well versed in ms-excel calculations for drilling related problems (ton-mile, torque & drag, bit & BHA design, mud hydraulics calculation, Kill sheet, Trip sheet, Cement slurry volume and pumping schedule, theoretical TOC estimation etc.) Organize logistics, ensure availability of sufficient stocks of chemicals cement and tangibles to perform the planned operations. Verify incoming, back-load and stand-by vessels with equipment against orders and plan back-load manifests. Adhered to QHSE policies, maintained safety work culture at rig site activities and have also undergone practical Oil spill training conducted by Spill Care and Lamor. Carried out well engineering, casing design and completion design. Prepare Drilling, Completion & testing programme, Drilling montage, Offset well review report, Cementing programme, NPT analysis report, Bit record & BHA report, AFE, EOWR, WCR, Actual Planned time v/s depth curve etc. Preparation of Tangibles requirement report, Scope of work for tenders and Technical bid evaluation.

Jobs and Responsibilities• Assist in preparing all tools and equipment required for well operations (drilling operations, completion operations etc.) . Calculate ton-miles on drilling line; maintain an accurate logbook and advise the Driller on the need to slip and cut• Complete training module as directed by the supervisor.• Assists in Tripping pipe (Using Slips, Tongs, Elevators, Iron Roughneck, Power slips etc.) and makes connections while running drill pipe, casing, production tubing etc.• Assists Sub sea Engineer during BOP & Riser Running In operations.• Operate, Monitor, Repair and Maintain mud pumps and the entire drilling fluid circulation system, including pumps, fluid lines, shale shakers and mud tanks.• Evaluate all work to be carried out to the requirements of the Permit-to-Work system, initiate Permits-to-Work as necessary and ensure that all safety precautions are taken and work is only carried out as stated in the Permit-to-Work.• Maintain safety equipment.• Perform the drilling department’s daily checklists, i.e. QHSE checks, mast/Derrick inspection, Stand Pipe Manifold set up, Choke and Kill Manifold set up, etc.Primary Responsibilities (Safety and Rig Audits)• Ensure that all tasks supervised are adequately planned in advance and Risk Assessed and are communicated to those involved.• Assist in maintaining the documents required for the Rig Audit, (Till now assisted in maintaining the documents required for the following Audits)• Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Work Instruction Manual (WIM) as required.• Participate and, where appropriate, safety meetings, pre-tour meetings, drills, fire and abandon platform drills, and safety training programs..
