To ensure growth in primary sales with regular payments and good sell-thru.Main Duties and Responsibilities  To take stock orders as and when required by either inviting them to the warehouse or visiting them with samples. Regular follow-ups on payments and ensure payment is received as per the payment terms. Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned group of franchisees.  Resolve operational issues of franchisees, to ensure a high satisfaction level of the franchise. Assist in the development of new operations procedures, brand policies, offers, and trends through phone, emails, and messages. Analyse franchisee performance and provide feedback, guidance, training, and encouragement to impact results.  To expand business through new stores either through existing franchisees or through new ones
