In this company I worked as a customer support executive . My role was to handle calls from the USA and Canada. I was helping people to pay their utilities bills over a call.

I have worked as part time educational Counselor at Mennta Skills where I got opportunity to interact with students and their parents to consult their concern regarding the studies of their wards. And to provide them a better solution for their studies. This part time job helped me to enhance my time management and communication skill.

I did Marketing for CADD Center inside LPU campus . It was great experience in Marketing Field during my academic .

Undergone four weeks of summer internship and learnedabout industrial environment and how academic knowledgeis applied to industrial applications. And also worked on twoprojects in the same department. First project was CustomerQuality Audit and second was Customer Reliability Audit.During these projects also learnt about significance of auditsin quality assurance. In plant learnt about assembly of tractorAnd overall working of an assembly unit.
