-Looking for safety as well as reporting to manager(safety related issues as well as production output as per the standards)-Assigning jobs to workers.-Making sure housekeeping is done properly.-Keeping track of productivity and making sure proper maintenance of the machine are done to ensure safe procedure.-Supervising two departments that is production and shipping as well as providing maintenace solution related to safety of the employees.-Making sure produced product quality is good as per the standards in order to minimize rework.-Communicating with maintenance manager and supervisor regarding maintenance and so on.-Guiding employees and assisting them in maximizing daily output- Conducting toolbox meetings with employees and giving them feedback with their weekly performance.- Mentoring and teaching new hires, cross training them.- Insuaring lean manufacturing to produce maximum output with less wastage of input material. - Conducting performance analysis for every employee.- Communicating company goal with employees.- Keeping track of worker performance as well as providing them solutions either in verbal or in written.- Carry out personal and product quality inspections.
