Part of a large transformation program involving the migration to a new Customer Engagement Platform. Specifically in charge of delivering strategic initiatives within the Digital & Customer space, by managing all aspects of the Next Best Conversation (NBC) project delivery lifecycle from ideation to execution using Agile methodologies.

Managing all aspect of customer and marketing data. Support marketing activities by performing analysis and providing insights on campaign results as well as perform customer segmentation and profiling to drive targeted marketing communications and ROI.

Primarily responsible for the portfolio advisory and monitoring services of SME portfolio across Malaysia and Singapore. Strong analytical skills from having to work in a data focused environment performing strategic data driven analysis and drawing insightful conclusions from analysis findings. This can take the form of performing portfolio-level analysis, customer segmentation analysis, feasibility studies as well as using analytical models for forecasting and prediction purposes that will help stakeholders to drive decisions in Credit Risk, Credit Assessment and Product development area.

Assigned on a short-term assignment to work with the Credit Finance team on executing the cost transformation exercise across the entire Credit department through streamlining premise cost, automating selected processes and outsourcing of non-core functions. Performed a range of activities from data compilation, analysing information, detailing and prioritizing list of initiatives to mapping cost reduction opportunities to current state.

Worked across a diverse range of business units gaining experience in a range of business functions from Marketing, Product Development and Pricing, Credit Risk, Loan Assessment to Service Quality. Gained knowledge in preparing marketing campaign specifications, performing competitor and market analysis, evaluating new applications and understanding the overall application process, system planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as client services.
