He currently serves as the CEO, Co-founder of Swaystack, a gamified onboarding platform, that helps banks and credit unions increase active accounts and reduce churn. After Alkami's acquisition of the family founded fintech MK Decision in September, 2021, Har Rai served as the VP, General Manager and VP, Product of Digital Account Opening and Loan Origination at Alkami until February, 2024. His primary focus was to ensure the platform was highly differentiated in the industry, positioned well for its Go-to-Market, and operating efficiently across all departments.Prior to the Alkami acquisition, Har Rai was the CEO and co-founder of MK Decision. With a commitment to strengthen local economies, MK’s platform offered community financial institutions a competitive advantage through simple, beautiful customer experiences and streamlined back-office workflows. The MK platform supported a variety of financial products including checking & savings accounts, credit cards, and consumer loans. MK helped over 1,100 community financial institutions acquire customers online. The company was founded in 2015 by Har Rai, Guru Dharam, and Jodha Khalsa and wass headquartered in San Diego, CA prior to the Alkami acquisition. Before founding MK Decision, Har Rai led the growth team at Service Finance Company as the nationwide home improvement lender grew its yearly loan volume from $97M to $2B. At the tender age of 23, Har Rai became the President of Marketing and Sales for 108 Solutions in 2011. While there, he was responsible for a dozen retail finance locations in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Washington, and San Diego with over 35 employees and $50MM in Retail Installment Contract (RIC) revenue. Har Rai is a visionary leader, expert in product strategy, sales, marketing, and branding with 17+ years experience as a FinTech executive.Har Rai has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Anthropology from Lewis and Clark College.
