I am passionate about leading charities to improve how they deliver their change work to create greatest impact, make best use of resources and ensure the wellbeing of those delivering change.I am so proud to work for WWF-UK, where I have set up our first Project Management Office (PMO), completely transforming WWF's approach to how we deliver change. This involved implementing a new organisational wide governance structure, organising our work into programmes and developing a programme management approach to delivering our goals, launching a new project management method and developing our first PMO team.I have also developed a wide range of support services, including training, mentoring and guidance documents, to support my colleagues in their roles as Programme and Project Managers. All this has been a significant change management project in itself and I am pleased to say a very successful one: there has been a complete culture change at WWF, with project and programme management now at the heart of how we deliver our work.
