Supervising individuals as they self administer COVID-19 tests. Greeting customers and putting them at ease on arrival at the test centre. Collecting and registering tests following self-administration. Ensuring that at all times safety guidelines are followed including social distancing and suitable PPE. Frequently cleaning each area of the test centre in accordance with safety regulations.

Began working as a food runner, delivering food and drink to customers as well as making desserts to a high standard. Received training as a barperson focused on making coffees and cocktails as well as preparing other beverages.
