In my current role I help customers with any difficulties they have. Whether that's wanting to locate a specific item, providing advice on which product is best and/or best for them. I also work on the on tills so I am used to confrontation, pressure, a fastworking pace and effective communication.

In my first job, my role was to take food and drink orders and deliver it to that specific table, cleaning and setting tables, preparing drinks, polishing utensils, creating conversation with customers and making sure everything is alright with their food or drink.
