The Way Back Support Service is a 3 month suicide prevention program. Care coordinators provide non-clinical support through check ins as well as linkage to relevant services and supports.

As PSO, I am a part of The Way Back Support Service, a program that is designed to support people who have recently experienced a suicidal crisis or attempted suicide. The Way Back provides non-clinical, practical support in the community for up to three months. My role includes administrative tasks, research, referrals, liaising with other service providers and more!
