Experienced clinical psychologist who specialises in Cognitive Analytic Therapy. I worked successfully for 15 years in the NHS in East Anglia, Hampshire and Kent and made the transition into private work in 2012 and I see clients at London Bridge. I assess and treat a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, self-harm, problems with emotional regulation, anger and adjustment to change. I use a variety of therapeutic models and techniques including CBT, but I specialise in Cognitive Analytic Therapy. I am chartered by the British Psychological Society and registered with the HPC and ACAT.
