- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Secondary English programme across fifteen schools, including evaluation of effectiveness, programme delivery, and liaison with school representatives. - Line manager and mentor to two Programme Managers, as well as a team of 20 Chatteris tutors. - Oversaw the growth of the educational model ‘One for One, Adopt a School’ project that focused on less privileged students in local Hong Kong schools. - Implemented and provided reports on a government-funded reading programme for over 300 students across 16 schools- Supervised donor relationships which included organising visits, reporting, and donor retention.- Conducted interviews to recruit graduates from across the world, and subsequently trained and placed those successful into suitable schools.

- Trained, managed, and supported the development of a team of 15 Chatteris tutors.- Planned and delivered a three week orientation introducing a range of essential teaching and professional skills, as well as team building activities to graduates new to Hong Kong and teaching. - Managed key performance indicators such as attendance, punctuality, attainment and student engagement, as well as observing and providing feedback on lesson materials and delivery.

- Organised and delivered lessons, workshops, and events for post-secondary students at a local school to improve their English proficiency and confidence. - Continually received high praise for performance in monthly and end of year evaluations.
