- Leading to Morocco and Zambia and Botswana 2013.- Providing build up days (presentation to parents, teachers and students)- Expedition training weekends includes team building and preparing young people for expeditions as well as leading the expeditions.

Work as a contractor for TQ helping to deliver a range of outdoor activities for The Princes Trust residential weeks. Activities include ghyll scrambling, mountain days, climbing/abseiling and paddle sports.

Currently I am working for Outward Bound HK as a short term instructor. This role includes designing courses to suit the needs of participants. And delivery a range of activities, using the Outward Bound ethos to encourage participant to realise their potential.

- Facilitating groups from a diverse range of backgrounds in order to build confidence and aid development of social and emotional skills.- Transporting groups to a range of venues and using outdoor activities as a medium to develop.- Outdoor activities include weaselling, caving, climbing, mountain biking, team building activities, kayaking and camping.

- Provide pastoral care for Year 12 students within a boarding house.- Lead climbing wall sessions for staff and students twice a week.- Built up experience international experience in the context of working with young people ranging in age and diverse range of backgrounds.

- Facilitating groups from wide and diverse backgrounds in conjunction with the National Citizen Scheme (NCS) using a range of outdoor activities (for example, climbing, ghyll scrambling, two day expeditions, high ropes)- Organising expeditions, equipment, and kit store.- Ensuring and selecting activities to suit the groups needs.
