Determine information needs and extract information from source documents which may involve reading and analyzing complex legal documents.Coordinate closing day cash and asset movement with Account Manager, underwriter and/or counsel instruction, ensuring timeliness and mathematical accuracy of the cash and asset movement. Complete appropriate trust system processes and forms according to Account Manager direction, governing documents, policies and procedures ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness.Identify and resolve set-up and closing issues and coordinate with other groups to ensure a smooth transition from closing and account set up to the other specialized units. Follow-up as needed.Review closing-related request for disbursing funds to cover closing-related cost of issuance, project costs, and investment transactions.Provide responsive and appropriate service in writing or orally regarding all aspects of post-closing account maintenance and special projects related to ongoing client and team support.Order office supplies as needed.
