•Telling Environmental, Sustainable Goals (ESG) story through relevant data•Preparing dashboards with actionable data and insights for ESG team/Leadership to monitor progress against ESG objectives•Analyzing performance across regions and locations•Ensuring data completeness and quality using reporting tools, in partnership with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).•Preparing greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and other quantitative measures for external reporting

• Facilitating the registration of new and continuing students• Facilitating and ensuring all students are pre-registered• Advising and facilitating changes that a student requires like adding and dropping of units• Setting up registration of course units• Managing student's records – all students registration records are filled appropriately• Processing and preparing students reports • Custody of class attendance records and follow-up cases of students absenteeism • Updating the students accounts• Advising faculty on registration matters and facilitating them with class lists • Assigning faculty members units on offer in the system• Creating academic advisors and assigning them advisees• Handling inquiries• Keeping records of inquiries which helps in follow ups

• Invoicing and telemarketing• Processing local purchase orders from major customers and from the general trade market• Stock taking in the ware house
