As the IT PMO transitioned during the post-Covid period and staff reductions, I assisted with integrating new BA's and PM's into the group and well as continued to keep some momentum on remaining projects. Working on review and recommendations for the realignment of Team Dynamics for Projects, support of Scholarship Manager enhancements, evolution of Data Governance via Ellucian projects, and continuing the existing migration of Contract Management. I filled in on any and all roles and tasks as required as people and positions changed.

As part of the OIT PMO I brought Business Analyst experience in developing requirements and managing deliverables for several different projects. Primarily:NextGen Scholarship Manager - as BA I organized vendor demonstrations, assisted with assessment and selection of product, managed client expectations, assisted with product setup and implementation. Supported functional users during testing, go-live, and the first evolution of scholarship application, evaluation, award and distribution. Product was chosen to eventually be an enterprise solution for all scholarships at UCO.Ellucian CRM Recruit - as BA I worked hand in hand with the graduate school team to redesign their application to meet the current needs for both domestic and international graduate student applicants while stream-lining existing administration and introducing new automated communication plans and expanded integration with their Banner ERP. I managed all development Sprints, and testing, while assuring that key requirements were accepted and moved to production.In addition, I participated in other projects such as UCO Data Management -Gartner review, Ellusian CRM On-Site Review providing scribing and documentation for the teams. As a BA mentor, worked with new team members on CARES Act - Covid-19, HubSpot, Professional Licensure, Budget RFP, and UCO Intranet.

Provided system and process conversion services to Dartmouth Bank and Trust, Hooksett, New Hampshire (later Citizens Bank), Equity Bank and Liberty Bank and Trust in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
