As a support worker at The Salvation Army, I contribute to the delivery of essential services and support to people in need. I work with a team of dedicated and compassionate staff and volunteers, and help to provide practical and emotional assistance, advocacy, and referrals to various programs and resources. I have a GCSE’s and a range of skills and experiences that enable me to perform my role effectively and professionally. I have worked in customer service, hospitality, admin, and inbound call centre settings, where I developed my attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. I have also worked as a community worker at Involve Northwest, a local non-profit charity that supports local residents with various issues and challenges. I am enthusiastic, adaptable, and hard working, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills. I am passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in my community.
