Created and developed high quality, engaging and inspiring schemes of work taking full account of school policies and the National Curriculum documentation. I delivered good and outstanding lessons to KS3 and KS4 boys, differentiating for pupils with a range of different SEN, including pupils with statements for behaviour, ADHD, Dyslexia, ASD and those with fine motor difficulties or specific learning difficulties. I used I.T efficiently and effectively to enhance learning and to keep records of pupils’ work and progress for monitoring and evaluation.

Main roles and responsibilities included, professional level screen-printing of contemporary art works, posters, awards and a wide variety of other media. Working with well-know contemporary artists to create works of art to rigorous specifications. Training new staff and people on work experience, working to tight deadlines, managing multiple workloads and maintaining stock levels.
