I am an incredibly hard working and driven individual who is incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry customer service. I pride myself on my outgoing friendly personality and believe there is not situation I cannot resolve. I have spent the majority of my working career in customer facing and management roles and have perfected the art of talking to people through effective communication. I have over 10 years of management experience, managing small and large teams. Experience in dealing with all aspects of HR, payroll, KPIs and management budgets, accounts and recruitment. I also have 3 years experience as a training coordinator training new employees in conflict resolution and customer service and the importance of customer perception. Hospitality and customer focus is my passion and you will not find someone who will work or push themselves harder. If anyone tells me I cannot do something I will go out of my way to show that I can.
