A three month secondment to a GREAT/Cabinet Office project looking at how to successfully activate soft power assets across the government. Connecting across Whitehall and globally with the UK's diplomatic network

I lead on the development of literature projects around the world. I worked closely with British Council Arts Managers and other British Council staff overseas to agree programmes and activities which respond appropriately to local opportunity and context, contributing to the British Council’s cultural relations purpose.

I coordinated the British Council and The London Book Fair's shared 'Market Focus' programme, a year-long showcase of the publishing market of the chosen country. This included programming events with writers from both the UK and the focus country, running events and relationship management.
