Customer service: Responsible for overseeing all Customer Services issues for the company. Handling deposit disputes, conflicts and complaints throughout entire process. Face to face customer services, as well as via telephone and email. Management: Developed and implemented new customer services policies and procedures. Producing KPIs for department and ensuring all targets are achieved. Responsible for monitoring and leading the Customer Services departmentHuman Resources: Responsible for overseeing the application selection, interviewing, hiring and training of new staff members for the department; conducting staff appraisals. Responsible for Payroll for the department, including monitoring staff holiday, absences, sick leave and commission.
