• Account and Project Management: maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with multiple clients to drive growth for the company and clients• Act as the single point of contact and work closely with the client and various internal teams, such as the Marketing Team, Finance Team and Sales Teams • Client Success: ensure successful execution of marketing/sales events within the client’s budget, ensuring contract compliance with all Proof of Performance (POP), report and resolve any issues to ensure client success • Detailed tracking, analysis and reconciliation of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and revenue for various marketing and sales events• Assist with collaborative plans, improve processes, program administration and operational management for all associated clients• Provide detailed, accurate and speedy support and solutions for technological, marketing, finance, sales and operational inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and success

• Assisting in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable for all Canadian, US and UK locations • Assisting with booking in new projects, analyzing and inputting data for Open Project Control Records • Creating invoices for projects, distributing invoices to the correct office and account and making timely payments • Reconciling corporate Amex, employee and candidate expenses, investigating discrepancies and issues, resolving them with the client or supplier • Preparing financial summaries of fixed assets and pre-paids, as well as for corporate events
