She is decisive but inclusive, aware of everyone in the room and considers the full picture. She won't be quiet if she has a concern, which is essential in the board room. Harriet is also an educator and a doer. She has built her highly successful business (and unusually successful given how challenging it is to scale a jewellery business) and has led with sustainability; she was one of the pioneer ethical jewellers in the noughties. She has been able to do this partly because of her ability to stimulate, inspire and educate her team, and then empower them to be brilliant. She has now turned all this knowledge into a book, and has much to offer as a keynote speaker for national and international events.
